We are fully committed to liberal working conditions in the Swiss banking center, forge strong partnerships and advise our association members with our many years of expertise.

Our association activities are aimed at a wide range of target groups. We always keep in mind that everything we do is in the interests of our more than 250 member companies. Their success is our top priority and we are fully committed to achieving it.

When it comes to focused and targeted lobbying, we know who to approach: Politicians, authorities and the media. We work closely with them to promote our few but important dossiers and take the lead in the relevant subject areas.

Social partnership is important to us. That is why we maintain close relationships with our two strong partners on the employee side: the Swiss Bank Employees Association and the Swiss Association of Commercial Employees. Together, we are the sponsors of the two collective employment agreements "Agreement on the terms and conditions of employment of bank employees" (VAB) and "Agreement on the recording of working hours" (VAZ).

And when it comes to industry issues, we work hand in hand with the Swiss Bankers Association. Regular exchanges at a strategic and operational level ensure harmony on the key issues and challenges facing our banking world.
