‍About Franca

Franca Burkhardt accompanies organizations and teams through change processes without being satisfied with simple answers. Her focus is on organizational change management, innovation support and coaching. She has a keen sense of group dynamics and a clear analysis of competencies and roles.

Franca holds a PhD in Organizational Studies and Cultural Theory from the University of St. Gallen. She previously studied political science and public policy at the University of Geneva and sociology and psychology at the University of Fribourg.

She likes tasks that are officially considered unsolvable, enjoys working with animals and listening to classic rock. Her personal motto: Change management is not a job, it's a lifestyle.
