About Stefanie
Stefanie is a co-founder of womenmatter/s, a community that brings together over 1,000 women and empowers them in middle management and on their path to it. At UBS, she leads a team that builds international communities focused on impact, collaborative learning, and networking. She has worked and studied in Mexico, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and a master’s degree in Economics.
About Marlien
After more than 10 years in the corporate world, Marilen has been a serial entrepreneur since 2022. She is the co-founder of womenmatter/s, the career platform and network for women, as well as the co-founder and managing director of INNOVATION BASEL, a startup program in Basel, and co-managing director and co-owner of Donati Vini AG, the oldest Italian wine shop in northwestern Switzerland. As an external consultant at Gsponer. Partners AG, she supports companies with change and leadership issues.
