Midlife can be more than just a crisis! It is perhaps even the biographical phase of our greatest freedom. As a Germanist (lic.phil. I), I believe in the power of language and have developed a playful method to turn our self-narratives into powerful instruments of change (NECTAR). As a human being, I believe in the power of community and have founded an association with others that is committed to liberating the potential of midlife (BOLD Generation).
