• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for structured products, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to optimize operations and drive improvement
• API Integration and Management
  • Design and implement scalable integration solutions with multi-issuer platforms, enhancing our API ecosystem and supporting business growth.
  • Creating end-to-end solution documents, implementation blueprints, aligning with architects and SMEs on creating strategic solutions.
• Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
  • Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

YOUR PROFILE

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Professional and Technical
  • 7+ years of experience in a business analysis or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of Structured Products and trading workflows. Understanding of OTC products workflows is beneficial
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to support team goals
  • Work with an Agile development team to re-fine and prioritize features and stories.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills
