Your Responsibilities

• The main objective of this role is a combination of knowledge of the financial sector, technical proficiency, and analytical acumen.
• This role requires expertise in the wealth advisory and retail banking/insurance sectors, along with prior experience as a business analyst (BA) in these sectors.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and product owners to develop, manage, and implement effective business processes.
• He or she will be responsible for key deliverables, including process improvements, data flow documentation, system documentation, and integration projects.
• He or she will also serve as a mentor to junior-level business analysts (who do not possess specialized expertise) and will use strong analytical skills to create models capable of supporting data visualization and system enhancement processes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Financial Services and Experiential Skills

• Have at least 3 years of experience in banking (retail and corporate banking), insurance, wealth management, pension and administrative services, payroll, and/or transactional banking. It is a strong asset if the candidate has at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, pension, and/or transactional banking.
• Understand how stakeholders use the Internet of Things (IoT), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and/or Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to gain transformative insights into a financial services organization's financial processes and resources.
• Familiarity with key digital technologies and the ability to provide professional consulting advice:

• Understand the technical requirements for software and system integrations across financial institutions.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of integrating hardware systems with software solutions, including mainframes, AS400 systems, servers, workstations, handheld devices, and payment processing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic projects to ensure the effectiveness of security systems.
• Possess knowledge of network architecture, security management protocols, and development procedures related to back-office processes.

Business Analytics and Strategy

• Leverage expertise in process mining—including event, knowledge, data, and model management—to drive positive changes in organizational structure by developing comprehensive process models.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Python programming language, including functional programming, to optimize code and run multiple tasks concurrently.
• Use Python modeling and deep learning skills to assess the organization's performance and derive insights for conducting advanced analytics.
• Develop strong skills in creating comprehensive process models and gain a deeper understanding of the capabilities of the Data Management Tool (DMT) and transactional banking products.
• A strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, and math-based modeling, along with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with tools such as Palisade @Risk, Minitab, Crystal Ball, R, Tableau, Power BI, and so on.
• Proven ability to draw insights, clarify, and analyze data queries, and interpret business decisions within data constraints.
• Experience in managing data requests from business units and defining data architecture and relevant data flows.
• Excellent knowledge of working with all cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure, and must be comfortable working with the Microsoft stack (SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI).
• Understanding of RPA development solutions and their role in process consultations within organizations, such as the automation of HR systems, self-driving cars, etc.

Data & System Integration Expertise

• Develop model designs for various system integrations applicable to each enterprise across multiple integration and system architecture platforms.
• Review and optimize internal electronic data records, data infrastructure, and usage patterns to achieve further improvements and address bottlenecks.
