12-Month Contract - GPS Platform Transformation: Business Analyst - FX/PM (Through an External Agency)

Tasks

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements that encompass the strategic direction for FX and PM.
• Researching existing business processes and key data flows, conducting interviews and workshops, and prioritizing requirements.
• Optimizing documentation.
• Addressing current business requirements in the dynamic and fast-paced institutional trading environment for FX and PM, such as Altomic request processes, regulatory changes, and desktop logic.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and third-party technology partners to manage the scope and meet end-user needs, including assisting with user acceptance testing and the deployment of specific features.
• Monitoring implementation milestones, managing change control processes, and ensuring alignment from discovery through delivery.
• Maintain in-depth application knowledge across FX and precious metals platforms, including foreign exchange, price management, treasury documentation, general ledger, blotter display, and trade capture.
• Design and management of POCs (Proofs of Concept) in FX/PM desktop and mobile workspaces across products: Spot FX, Money Market, IRB.
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, and compliance standards and reporting requirements.
• Outline of the next steps and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experienced business analyst with extensive global experience in FX (foreign exchange) and PM (precious metals).
• Background on the expansion of the investment banking business for currencies and derivatives.
• Participate in the collection of requirements and/or validation of process solutions, including business cases and technology solutions within the risk and trading community.
• Support for 5 teams from the sales platforms as part of the GPS platform transformation.
