Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a Market Data Support position at a leading financial institution. The engineer will collaborate with team members in Singapore and Zurich.Tasks and responsibilities
The main tasks include:- Maintenance of the Markets Technology Market Data Platform, including feeds, distribution infrastructure, authorization system, and Market Data API support
- Automation efforts by proposing and developing scripts
- Onboarding applications onto shared platforms (observability testing framework, CI/CD platform)
- Participation in the documentation effort
- Promoting the engineering culture within the team

The role includes:- Work to fulfill the team's ambitions, as defined by the Head of CoE Software Solutions
- Actively participate in and support the team leader in regularly reviewing and improving team practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Continuous improvement of systems
Stakeholder management
The role includes:- Effective and progressive management of all stakeholders and users of the applications supported by the team
- Collecting and discussing requirements and solutions with business owners and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders through various channels
- Contribution to strengthening team spirit and promoting a cooperative working environment across locations
Change management
The role includes:- Active participation and support of the Program Increment (PI) planning process within Markets
- Support for change management and release rollout planning
- Provide dedicated post-implementation support locally in Asia
