Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a 1st & 2nd Level Supporter (m/f) for its Systems team, who will be responsible for ensuring high availability of IT services and providing a high level of service quality. The position includes first and second level support, knowledge transfer, evaluation and installation of hardware and software, as well as monitoring and documentation of the environment.
Job description
1st & 2nd Level Supporter (m/f) 100%Your tasks
- First and second-level support for PCs, laptops, printers, IP telephony, local networks, hardware, and software, including the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system
- Know-how transfer to employees (delivery, renewals, problem cases, training)
- Evaluation, installation, and follow-up support for hardware/software
- Monitoring and documentation of the environment
- Collaboration on internal IT projects
Your profile
- Completed IT vocational training or further education in the field of computer science
- Several years of experience as an IT supporter or in a similar position (banking experience is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (M365, Azure, MS Office, Windows Server 2025, Exchange Online, Intune)
- Highly service-oriented mindset and approach
- Experience with ITSM tools is an advantage
- Precise working methods, analytical thinking, and quick comprehension
- Good communication and dialect skills
