The 1st Level Front Support Specialist position at Vontobel offers the opportunity to provide first class support in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of Relationship Managers, Assistants and the Front Office. The new team player will be responsible for handling initial support requests, technical issues and general banking matters.

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist 1st Level Front Support to join our Service Hub team. This role is a key part of our organization and provides first class support to Relationship Managers, Assistants and the Front Office to ensure they can deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Tasks

  • First-class support for relationship managers, assistants and the front office team
  • Assistance with technical problems and tools to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Solving access problems, basic data challenges and workflow-related requests
  • Support of front office processes and processing of general banking matters
  • Troubleshooting and resolving initial support requests promptly and effectively
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure operational excellence and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Background in IT, ideally supported by a degree, combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in wealth management
  • Previous experience in a similar support role, ideally in wealth management or financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; oral and written language skills in German (at least C2) and English
  • Strong knowledge of front office processes in wealth management, technical tools and banking operations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to work full time onsite as this role requires close collaboration with the team and direct support to the front office
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving problems
