Position Description

This position is an entry level job as a daily processor for fund accounting / transaction processing in Global Delivery.

Tasks

• Operational responsibilities in global delivery service in Fukuoka office, including:
• Cash, Income, Corporate Actions, Market Data, Derivatives, Reporting, Trade confirmation, Trade process, Trade settlement, Transactions, Pricing, Fund Accounting and NAV calculation.
• Other responsibilities:
• Perform core processing activities (data collection, data entry into the system and verification) according to established procedures.
• Preparation of all necessary documents/reports on assigned functions, accurately and timely.
• Responding to relevant queries from various teams in a timely manner. Tracking and resolving issues.
• Escalation of complex issues as required and with a sense of urgency to meet required delivery dates.
• Identify specific risk points, violations and act according to the "risk" escalation chain and operating procedures.
• Accountability for assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Continuous identification of knowledge gaps (personal and within the team) and search for training opportunities to improve knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Good analytical skills.
• Comfortable in English and Japanese on a daily basis.
• Required: Business Japanese / Advanced English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Team worker.
• Highly numerical.
• Detail-oriented.
• Self-starter.
