Head of the Processing Department, Plant 1 (Full-time)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Head of Investment Processing to lead two teams comprising a total of 14 employees and 2 apprentices, and to manage the department both operationally and strategically. The ideal candidate will have completed banking training, have several years of professional experience in securities processing, and possess leadership experience.
Tasks
- Management of two teams, comprising a total of 14 employees and two apprentices
- Operational and strategic management and development of the department for HBL and third-party banks
- Organization of day-to-day operations and resource allocation
- Responsibility for daily settlement in the key areas of stock exchange and foreign exchange settlement, LOZ/LQZ, corporate actions, master data, share register, crypto, and bank vault, including physical assets
Requirements
- Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in securities processing
- Several years of management experience
- An advantage: continuing education in the securities sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes and regulations
- Proficiency in English (min. B2); French is a plus
- An open, reliable, and responsible person
