What you bring with you

• You have already demonstrated your enthusiasm for working in banking by completing a part-time MAS, Master's or similar course.
• During your several years of professional experience in customer consulting, you have also acquired the appropriate professional and social skills for a wide range of topics and customer relationships.
• Your well-balanced management experience is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills and your awareness of change processes.
• You have the ability to promote and coach your employees in a targeted manner and involve them in change processes.
• You are highly self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• You attend a successful "follow-up" so that you know and can control your own workload at all times, whether in the office directly in Baden or at other locations.
• You are successful in both team and stand-alone environments.
