What you bring with you
- You have already demonstrated your enthusiasm for working in banking by completing a part-time MAS, Master's or similar course.
- During your several years of professional experience in customer consulting, you have also acquired the appropriate professional and social skills for a wide range of topics and customer relationships.
- Your well-balanced management experience is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills and your awareness of change processes.
- You have the ability to promote and coach your employees in a targeted manner and involve them in change processes.
- You are highly self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure.
