Head of Private Banking Department
The position as Head of Private Banking offers the management of a team and the management of demanding private banking mandates with assets of around CHF 250 million. The position also includes responsibility for the further development of the team and the promotion of sustainable client relationships.
Job description: Head of Private Banking Department
Tasks
- Working with a team of around 50 people in the Private Banking division
- Management of approx. 10 individual, service-intensive and performance-oriented private banking mandates with assets of approx. CHF 250 million.
- Intensive support and advice for (predominantly) Swiss clients and candidates
- Collaboration in credit and financing processing as well as in the area of regulations
Strategic goals
- Focus on sustainable customer relationships and service-oriented advice
- Driving digital transformation and increasing efficiency and effectiveness
- Making the Private Banking client base attractive and attracting new clients and candidates to Aargauische Kantonalbank
- Representing AKB internally and externally and assuming responsibility
- Drive the further development of the team as an inspiring leader
Requirements
- Professional and management experience in banking with successfully completed training as a business economist, MAS/MA, Master, Axel or CFA
- Several years of professional experience in advising private clients and experience in leading teams
- Deep understanding of team behavior
- Experience and pleasure in supporting employees and competitors on a day-to-day basis
