Head of Accounting

Tasks

- Ensuring and further developing group consolidation and group reporting, including the group manual, consolidation processes, and accounting and valuation principles - Responsible for preparing the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements of Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG and all subsidiaries, including the consolidated financial statements - Responsible for the Group’s regulatory reporting - Monitoring and optimizing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense processes as well as the associated systems - Preparing the presentation for the annual report - Evaluation, implementation, and operation of the consolidation software - Point of contact for internal and external audits regarding questions about the annual financial statements - Active participation and assumption of technical responsibility in the handling of the bank’s various strategic projects - Close collaboration with the CFO and selective participation in meetings of the Executive Board as well as the Audit and Risk Committee

Requirements

- Several years of experience in accounting within the banking sector - Advanced education or professional training (e.g., banking specialist, certified public accountant, university of applied sciences degree, or equivalent) - Proven leadership experience with a strong hands-on approach
