Head of Processing, Plant 1 (Full-time)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a department head for investment processing who will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of two teams totaling 14 employees. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship, several years of professional experience in securities processing, and leadership experience.
Tasks
- Management of two teams, comprising a total of 14 employees and two apprentices
- Operational and strategic management and further development of the department for HBL and third-party banks
- Organization of day-to-day operations and resource allocation
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the key areas of stock exchange and foreign exchange settlement, LOZ/LGZ, corporate actions, master data, share register, crypto, and bank vault, including physical assets
Requirements
- Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in securities processing
- Several years of management experience
- An advantage: continuing education in the securities sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes and regulations
- Proficiency in English (min. B2); French is a plus
