Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Head of the Investment Processing Department to lead two teams comprising a total of 14 employees and 2 apprentices, and to assume responsibility for the department’s operational and strategic management. The ideal candidate will have completed banking training, possess several years of management experience, and have in-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes.

The position of Head of the Processing Plant Department is a full-time position.Tasks
- Management of two teams, comprising a total of 14 employees and two apprentices
- Operational and strategic management and development of the department for HBL and third-party banks
- Organization of day-to-day operations and resource allocation
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the key areas of securities and foreign exchange settlement, LOZ / L&G, corporate actions, shareholder and stock registers, crypto, and the bank vault, including physical assets
Requirements
- Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in securities processing
- Several years of management experience
- An advantage: continuing education in the securities sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes and regulations
- Proficiency in English (min. B2); French is a plus
- An open, reliable, and responsible person
