Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a department head for investment processing who will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of two teams comprising a total of 14 employees. The position requires a completed banking education, several years of professional experience in securities processing, and leadership experience.
Job description
The position of Head of the Processing Plant Department is a full-time position.Tasks
- Management of two teams, comprising a total of 14 employees and two apprentices
- Operational and strategic management and development of the department for HBL and third-party banks
- Organization of day-to-day operations and resource allocation
- Responsibility for ensuring that processes are ready for the trading day in the key areas of securities and foreign exchange settlement, LOZ/L&G, corporate actions, master data, share register, crypto, and bank vault, including physical assets
Requirements
- Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in securities processing
- Several years of management experience
- An advantage: continuing education in the securities sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes and regulations
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level); French is a plus
- An open, reliable, and responsible person
