Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Head of Investment Processing to lead two teams comprising a total of 14 employees and 2 apprentices, and to oversee the department’s operational and strategic management. The ideal candidate will have completed banking training, have several years of professional experience in securities processing, and possess leadership experience.

The position of Head of the Processing Plant Department is a full-time position.Tasks
- Management of two teams, comprising a total of 14 employees and two apprentices
- Operational and strategic management and development of the department
- Organization of day-to-day operations and resource allocation
- Responsibility for end-of-day processing in the key areas of securities and foreign exchange settlement, LOZ/LZG, corporate actions, shareholder and stock registers, crypto, and the bank vault, including physical assets
Requirements
- Completed banking training and several years of professional experience in securities processing
- Several years of management experience
- An advantage: continuing education in the securities sector
- In-depth knowledge of securities settlement processes and regulations
- Proficiency in English (min. B2); French is a plus
