**Settlement plan coordinator**

LGT is seeking a committed and solution-oriented individual to create and coordinate resolution plans in order to comply with regulatory and internal requirements and to develop and implement resolution plans. The position requires in-depth knowledge of banking and financial market law and experience in creating restructuring and resolution plans.

Tasks

  • Coordination of and communication in connection with the implementation of settlement-related work
  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Development, coordination, and implementation of settlement plans

Requirements

  • A successfully completed university degree in law or economics
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and financial market law and regulatory developments, overall bank management, corporate governance, and IT issues
  • Ideally experience in the preparation of recovery and resolution plans or comprehensive knowledge of regulatory principles
  • Coordination skills and a confident manner, especially in dialog with specialist departments, management and supervisory authorities
  • Good presentation and communication skills as well as a precise, structured and flexible way of working
  • Flexible and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
