Job description
Tasks
- Monitoring of end-to-end access management operations in accordance with the service catalog and ITIL
- Development of scalable automation models, role-based access controls (RBAC), and efficient approval workflows
- Work closely with project teams and key stakeholders on IAM-related initiatives to ensure seamless integration of access controls into system rollouts and transformations.
- Advising technical teams and business units as a senior advisor, providing expert guidance on access operations, policy interpretation, and resolution of unusual or high-risk access scenarios
Requirements
- Recognized degree in information technology or at least five years of experience as a Microsoft Active Directory system administrator (MCSA or equivalent certification preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and reporting within Active Directory
- In-depth knowledge of Windows file system management, including NTFS permissions and Distributed File Systems (DFS)
- Familiarity with HR processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and organizational restructuring procedures to ensure accurate and timely access updates during personnel changes
- Practical experience with identity and access management solutions and concepts, including role-based access, provisioning workflows, and periodic access reviews
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently and systematically manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects
- Self-motivated, dependable, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement
