Access Operations - System Engineer (Full-Time)
The position as an Access Operation System Engineer at Julius Baer in Madrid involves the operational management and maintenance of permission objects in Microsoft Active Directory, as well as providing support during incidents. A degree in IT or five years of experience as a system administrator is required; MCSA certification and knowledge of IAM are a plus.
Tasks
- Implementation of Customer Orders
- Planning, design, operation, control, monitoring, and maintenance of permission objects (object models) in Active Directory and other applications in an international environment
- Conceptual Collaboration in the Area of Access Management (Authorization Models and Processes)
- Collaboration on various projects
- Preparation of provisioning reports; analysis and documentation of AM processes
- Analysis and containment of incidents; initiation of shutdown and escalation procedures
- Providing guidance to users on all operational matters as well as on unusual situations
Requirements
- A recognized degree in IT or 5 years of experience as a system administrator for MS Active Directory (MCSA certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of IAM solutions is a major advantage
- Understanding the IT security requirements and standards of the financial industry
- An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
