Account Documentation & Client Data Specialist

Job Description

As an Account Documentation & Client Data Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of client data and account documentation throughout the entire client lifecycle.

Focus of activities

You will support and manage the account opening and maintenance process, working closely with relationship managers, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure that client files are complete, recorded, updated, and archived in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements and qualifications

• Education and Experience: Completed business training, banking apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification; 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, client onboarding, account documentation, or static data management
• Technical and professional skills: a good understanding of account opening processes, client documentation requirements, and static data maintenance in a banking context
• Regulatory and Risk Awareness: Basic knowledge of KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements related to client onboarding and documentation
• Personal skills: dynamic, adaptable, and flexible, with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility
