The Account Manager (100%) at Vontobel in Zurich is responsible for managing a client portfolio and acts as an expert in the administration of client accounts. The position requires a strong customer focus and experience in advising private clients on various asset classes.
Job description: Account Manager (100%)
Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
- Expert in customer account management (cash management, transfers, stock market orders and execution control, renewal of trust deposits, etc.)
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Independent handling of customer inquiries and guiding customers through complex cases
- Secure opening and closing of accounts
- Responsibility for generating revenue for a customer book
Requirements
- Fluent language skills in German, English, and Portuguese with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, especially to non-experts; Spanish would be an additional advantage
- Strong team player with a keen interest in providing high-quality customer service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
