The Account Manager (100%) at Vontobel in Zurich is responsible for managing client portfolios and administering client accounts. The position requires a strong customer focus, good knowledge of financial products and markets, and excellent communication and IT skills.
Job description: Account Manager (100%)
Tasks
- Take over and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs first
- Expert in the management of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.)
- Anticipation of new risks through close monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Independent handling of customer inquiries and guiding customers through complex cases
- Secure opening and closing of accounts
- Responsibility for generating revenue for a customer book
Requirements
- Fluent language skills in German, English, and Portuguese with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, especially to non-experts. Spanish would be an additional advantage.
- Strong team player with a keen interest in providing high-quality customer service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
