The position of Account Manager at aity AG in Bern-Liebelfeld or Zurich-Westside offers the opportunity to independently manage a large number of smaller banks, build client relationships and further develop products. The ideal candidate has experience in banking and customer service, is committed and likes to think outside the box.

What inspires you

  • You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, personally and with vision
  • You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
  • You expand customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
  • You conduct contract negotiations and close deals
  • You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs

What you bring with you

  • You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
  • You manage the contact with our customers
  • You are ready to take on the challenge and want to build something new
  • You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
  • Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the software product world - or vice versa (FHR/Uni)
