aity AG is looking for an Account Manager who has the heart and mind to support banking clients and help develop products and services. The Account Manager will independently support a large number of smaller banks, understand customer needs and utilize cross-selling potential.

Tasks
- You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, personally and with vision
- You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
- You build customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
- You conduct contract negotiations and bring in final figures
- You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs
Requirements
- You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
- You love the contact with our customers
- You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
- You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
- Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the software product world or vice versa (IT/university)

Your remuneration
- Significantly above-average salary in the banking sector, CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year (depending on experience, individual arrangement)
- Flexible working hours (part-time, job-sharing, home office and team office in Zurich, varying depending on the team)
- 5 - 6 weeks of vacation per year and an above-average vacation entitlement (14 days for 80% employment)
