The position of Account Manager at aity AG in Bern, LiebeFeld, or Zurich Hardturm, offers the opportunity to independently manage a variety of smaller banks, expand client relationships and further develop products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and customer service.

Tasks
- You independently manage a variety of smaller banks - efficiently, personally and with vision
- You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
- You develop customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
- You conduct contract negotiations and bring opportunities to the finish line
- You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs
Requirements
- You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
- You love the contact with our customers
- You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
- You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
- Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the software product world or vice versa (EPN/University)
