Account Manager (a)

As an Account Manager, you will independently manage a large number of smaller banks by understanding customer needs, exploiting cross-selling potential and conducting contract negotiations. You will also support the further development of account management standards and KPIs.

Tasks

  • You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, proactively and with foresight
  • You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
  • You develop customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
  • You conduct contract negotiations and bring opportunities to the finish line
  • You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs

Requirements

  • You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
  • You love the contact with our customers
  • You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
  • You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
  • Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the world of software products - or vice versa (university of applied sciences/university)

Your remuneration

  • German pay for equal work, regardless of gender, religion, nationality or "for-pay-advance"
