Account Manager (a)
As an Account Manager, you will independently manage a large number of smaller banks by understanding customer needs, exploiting cross-selling potential and conducting contract negotiations. You will also support the further development of account management standards and KPIs.

Tasks
- You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, proactively and with foresight
- You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
- You develop customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
- You conduct contract negotiations and bring opportunities to the finish line
- You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs
Requirements
- You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
- You love the contact with our customers
- You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
- You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
- Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the world of software products - or vice versa (university of applied sciences/university)

Your remuneration
- German pay for equal work, regardless of gender, religion, nationality or "for-pay-advance"
- No individual bonuses, but profit-sharing based on performance in the form of shares or options to choose from
