Here is a brief summary of the job: As an Account Manager, you will independently support a large number of smaller banks, further develop customer relationships and help with the further development of products and services. You are an important point of contact for customers and support them in developing cross-selling potential and contract negotiations.

Tasks

  • You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, proactively and with foresight
  • You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
  • You develop customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
  • You conduct contract negotiations and bring opportunities to the finish line
  • You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs

Requirements

  • You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
  • You love the contact with our customers
  • You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
  • You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
  • Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the software product world - or vice versa (PIM/University)
