The Account Manager position at aity AG involves working independently with banking clients to understand their needs and jointly design solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and customer service and be ready to take on responsibility and new challenges.

Tasks
- You independently manage a large number of smaller banks - efficiently, proactively and with foresight
- You listen carefully, understand customer needs and bring them into the company in a targeted manner
- You develop customer relationships and utilize cross-selling potential
- You conduct contract negotiations and bring opportunities to the finish line
- You help to define and further develop our account management standards and KPIs
Requirements
- You have experience in banking and customer service. Ideally, you are at home in the product environment and/or in the payment area
- You love the contact with our customers
- You are ready to take on responsibility and want to build something new
- You are willing to travel to our Swiss and Liechtenstein customers
- Ideally, you have a business background and are familiar with the software product world - or vice versa (EPN/University)

Your remuneration

- For promotions/change to the Specialist role CHF250.00 - monthly (CHF3,000.00 annually - can be paid out a maximum of 5 times a year)
