Account Manager – High-Net-Worth Clients

Tasks

• Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth private clients and support their engagement across Sygnam’s offerings.
• Serving as a trusted point of contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings—always with a solution-oriented, customer-focused approach.
• Manage and execute fiat and digital asset transactions, including post-transaction AML monitoring.
• Lead the onboarding process in collaboration with Legal & Compliance, Operations, and external partners.
• Keep our CRM up to date and ensure that we have clean, accurate data on all customer interactions.
• With our support, gain expert knowledge of the crypto landscape—from market trends and regulatory updates to Sygnam’s product strengths—while building a strong professional network.

Requirements

• You are a people person with a strong desire to grow in relationship management and business development.
• You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client management (private/institutional clients) within a financial institution or a similar environment.
• You are a positive, proactive, can-do team player with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
• You are curious and eager to delve into the world of digital assets and gain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
• You are goal-oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit; you can work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• You have experience in customer onboarding (private clients or legal entities) and are familiar with Swiss banking regulations—particularly CPD 20 (a strong plus).
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a major plus.
