Account Manager, Personal Banking, 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Customer service for day-to-day business and comprehensive account management tailored to each customer's individual needs.
• Regularly review existing agreements and optimize them as needed.
• Direct oversight of account management activities within the client portfolio for all of the clients' financial instruments and projects, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Part of a team responsible for remote clients and the entire business unit, covering everything from risk and compliance to deal support and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• A position on the “Dealers’ Team” and strategic and day-to-day work carried out with an open mind, professionally, and impartially.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an account manager or 3 years of experience as a KVM partner, so we can create a profile for you.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting at a Swiss or French private bank.
