Overview

  • Account Manager Employee Banking 100% (f,m,d)
  • Location: Zurich
  • Working hours: Full-time

Tasks

  • Supporting clients in their day-to-day business and taking over full account management for a client on an execution basis (no investment advice) without the involvement of a relationship manager
  • Answering calls and emails and ensuring efficient and prompt processing of orders, trades, transactions, deposits, loans, etc.
  • Opening accounts for new clients and making changes to existing client accounts, ensuring that accurate and high quality client relationship documentation formalities are completed and maintained to a high standard
  • Interact with clients worldwide in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
  • Ensuring efficient and prompt processing of orders, trades, transactions, etc.
  • Proactive assumption of leadership in the customer relationship and all associated tasks

  • Managing internal projects that impact client relationships, directly resolving administrative issues that arise and ensuring that all relevant systems are maintained and updated
  • Organizing in an efficient and compliant manner and ensuring timely and appropriate information to the supervisor
  • Carrying out tests, planning in advance and documenting your own work

Requirements (continued)

  • Either at least 5 years experience as Assistant Relationship Manager or 3 years experience as Account (Relationship) Manager
