Account Manager for the Geneva team (f/m/d)

The Account Manager for the Geneva team is responsible for managing client relationships and accounts at Julius Baer and supporting Relationship Managers in servicing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation and the ability to work independently and proactively.

Job description

Tasks

  • Client administration and management:
    • Ensure that accurate and high quality documentation of client relationships is maintained
    • Managing accounts and checking tasks/system alerts
    • Participation in client meetings and leading parts of the meeting
    • Maintenance of key data in accordance with the relationship managers
    • Interact with clients in an independent and professional manner
    • Supporting relationship managers with client relationships and related tasks
  • Operational coverage and client interaction:
    • Completion of presentations and drafting of investment proposals
    • Creation of customized information, reports and statistics for clients
  • Process improvement and productivity:
    • Collection and exchange of relevant information, ideas and research results
    • Organizing tasks in an efficient and compliant manner
    • Contact with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
    • Input of professional suggestions for improvements
    • Management of expense reports for projects
  • Risk management and controls:
    • Active support for risk management
    • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines
    • Follow-up of open issues and escalation of deficiencies
    • Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior
    • Documentation of client interactions and orders
