Account Manager, Fund Custodian Services (m/f/d)
VF Bank is seeking an Account Manager for Fund Custodian Services to provide comprehensive client support and independently handle day-to-day operations in Leobenhausen. This permanent position, which follows a hybrid work model, requires experience in fund asset management, as well as a strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
Your challenge
- Actively supporting relationship managers in providing comprehensive service to our clients
- Handling day-to-day business independently
- Independently receiving and processing tasks (designations, foreign currencies, foreign exchange and payment transactions)
- Independently handling administrative tasks: correspondence, compliance requirements
- Assisting with the organization and collection of customer data
- Assisting the Relationship Manager with sub-clients and selected client matters
- Proactive participation in projects aimed at the continuous optimization of processes and systems
Your profile
- Inspiring Application in Customer Service
- At least extensive experience in fund management or investment consulting
- Proficiency in using MS Office programs and the Amln banking system
- Proficiency in German and a good command of English
- Motivated, reliable, and a strong-willed individual with a high degree of initiative
- Strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset
- Refined manners, a confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
