Account Manager, Geneva, Full-Time (f/m/d)

The Account Manager at Julius Baer in Geneva supports the Relationship Managers in serving private banking clients by executing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Tasks

  • Responsible for creating system-based records (SAP), including the entry of orders and trades
  • Advice on Financial Products
  • Processing applications for personal bank cards, payment cards, ISIN registrations, and other account-related services
  • Maintenance and Monitoring of Financial Plans
  • Responsible for providing direct support and onboarding new customers, including all tasks related to account opening and maintenance
  • Ensuring proper and timely communication with all customers
  • Tracking customer requests such as changes to account information, bank account changes, etc.
  • Preparation of customer documentation and billing statements
  • Handling Ad Hoc Customer Inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Supporting team members with ISIN and account registrations, as well as CIP/AML due diligence
  • Organizing and following up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
  • Assist the Relationship Manager with investigations and troubleshooting, while maintaining a close partnership with the management teams
  • Full compliance with regulations, legal guidelines, internal rules, and policies at all times
  • Serves as the first line of defense in risk management by raising concerns, tracking issues, and escalating them as needed
