Account Manager – Geneva (Full-Time)

Tasks

The responsibilities of the Private Banking Account Manager include:

• End-to-end management of customer accounts, including accurate and compliant documentation (KYC/CDB, account openings, legal structures)
• Managing daily operational tasks, resolving system alerts, and handling customer inquiries
• Maintenance and validation of customer master data and CRM data in close collaboration with relationship managers
• Direct communication with customers, handling inquiries, and leading non-advisory agenda items in meetings
• Preparing for client meetings, managing calendars, organizing business trips, and following up
• Preparation of customized reports, presentations, and investment proposals; support for marketing and client events
• Improving operational efficiency by managing internal projects, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring that all systems and documentation are up to date
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing best practices to enhance team performance
• Processing of expense reports and administrative support for relationship managers and team leaders
• Supporting risk and compliance matters by actively identifying, addressing, and escalating potential issues
• Ensuring that outstanding issues, audits, and control deficiencies are resolved in a timely manner
• Clear and complete documentation of all customer interactions and instructions in CLM, CRM, DiAS, Wealth Navigator, or other designated systems
