Account Manager, Iberian Market, Geneva, Full-time (f/m/d)

Tasks

The Account Manager supports the team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) in all tasks related to serving private banking clients. Responsibilities include:

• Order placement, handling customer inquiries, executing trades, and providing information
• Support the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
• Answering incoming calls and responding promptly
• Maintaining and updating customer information, details, and preferences, as well as generating system-based reports for the RM
• Provision of verbal and/or written information and data to customers without providing advice or value judgments
• Processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments, and handling of customer inquiries

management

The Account Manager:

• Organizes and follows up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
• Assists the RM with investigations and problem-solving, as well as in maintaining close cooperation between teams and units within the bank

Risk management

The Account Manager:

• Consistent and full compliance with all regulations, legal guidelines, internal rules, and policies
• Serves as the first line of defense against risks by reporting concerns, tracking issues, and escalating them as needed

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work quickly, independently, and accurately, even under pressure
• A proactive, friendly, team-oriented, and solution-oriented individual
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A strong sense of integrity, ethics, and risk awareness, combined with a solid customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of financial markets: structure, function, and legal/regulatory environment, as well as industry knowledge
• Excellent MS Office skills and fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
