Account Manager, Iberian Market, Geneva, Full-time (f/m/d)

Tasks

The Account Manager supports the team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) in all tasks related to serving private banking clients. Responsibilities include:

• Order placement, handling customer inquiries, executing trades, and providing information
• Support the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
• Answering incoming calls and promptly addressing inquiries
• Maintaining and updating customer information, details, and preferences, as well as generating system-based reports for the RM
• Providing information and data to customers without offering advice or making value judgments
• Processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments, and handling of customer inquiries

management

The Account Manager:

• Organizes and follows up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
• Assists the RM with investigations and problem-solving, while maintaining close cooperation between teams and departments

Risk management

The Account Manager:

• Always ensure compliance with regulations, laws, internal rules, policies, and guidelines
• Acts as the first line of defense against risks by raising concerns, tracking issues, and escalating them when necessary

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work quickly, independently, and accurately
• A proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented team player
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and risk awareness, combined with a strong customer focus
• Basic knowledge of financial markets: structure, function, and legal/regulatory environment, as well as industry knowledge
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent MS Office skills
