Tasks

The Account Manager's responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) and the team in serving private banking clients
• Order placement, handling customer inquiries, executing trades, and providing information
• Supporting the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
• Answering incoming calls and responding promptly
• Maintaining and updating customer information, details, and preferences, as well as generating system-based reports for the RM
• Providing information and data to customers without offering advice or making value judgments
• Processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments, and handling of customer inquiries

Business Management

The responsibilities in the area of business management include:

• Organization and follow-up of customer meetings, including logistics and document preparation
• Supporting the RM in investigations and problem-solving, as well as working closely with internal teams and units

Risk management

Responsibilities in the area of risk management include:

• Full compliance with regulations, laws, internal rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Serves as the first line of defense against risks by reporting concerns, tracking issues, and escalating them as needed
