Account Manager Intermediaries 100% (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Account Manager for Intermediaries who will be responsible for managing client accounts and handling document and process administration. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills—such as knowledge of global financial markets—and interpersonal skills, including a friendly and trustworthy demeanor.

Tasks

  • Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation procedures are always followed and maintained, such as client identification documentation (CID), account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms
  • Ensure that operational account management is carried out professionally, with all tasks and system alerts addressed directly whenever possible, or through the Relationship Manager (RM) when necessary
  • Attends client meetings as needed and leads portions of the meeting (e.g., documentation formalities, compliance, other client inquiries) when cases permit
  • Actively maintains key client data in consultation with the RM to ensure that the CRM and other records are accurate for effective relationship management
  • Interact with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
  • Proactively takes the lead in supporting the RMs/TH in client relationships and all related tasks (systems, applications, processes, documents, etc.) with a high level of quality, precision, and responsiveness
  • Ensures that operational coverage and client interaction (not consulting) are maintained within the team during absences
  • Creates and provides clients with customized information, reports, statistics, etc.

  • Is a contact person, e.g., by supporting colleagues, training other assistants, participating in the "buddy program"
  • In-depth knowledge of the geographic market, i.e., familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment as well as cultural awareness
  • Deep understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in intermediaries and family offices
  • Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
  • Successful completion of the applicable internal AM Intermediaries & FO training program
