Client Administration & Management- Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation is formalized and maintained at the highest level, including client identity documentation (CID), account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms.
- Performs operational account management professionally, handling all tasks/system alerts directly where possible, or via the Relationship Manager (RM) if necessary.
- Participates in client meetings and, if necessary, leads parts of the meeting (e.g., documentation formalities, compliance, other client inquiries)
- Actively maintains client key data and connects with the RM to ensure that CRM and other records are accurate in order to maintain the relationship well.
- Interacts with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
- Proactively takes the lead in supporting RMs/TH in client relationships and all related tasks (systems, applications, processes, documents, etc.) with high quality, precision, and timely responsiveness.
- Ensures operational protection and client interaction (not consultation) within the team during absences
- Creates and provides clients with customized information, reports, statistics, etc.

- Solid affinity for the geographic market (e.g., familiar with the legal and regulatory environment and cultural sensitivities)
- Deep understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in intermediaries and family offices
- Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
- Either at least 5 years of experience as an ARM or 3 years of experience as an ARM and job-related higher education
