Account Manager Intermediaries 100% (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Account Manager Intermediaries who will be responsible for managing client accounts and administering documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent social skills, a proactive approach to work, and a high level of expertise in the financial markets.

Tasks

  • Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation and formalities are maintained and upheld to the highest standards, including client identity documentation (CID), account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms.
  • Performs professional operational account management, with all tasks/system alerts that can be clarified directly or via the Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Attends client meetings and, if necessary, leads parts of the meeting (e.g., documentation formalities, compliance, other client inquiries) when required
  • Actively maintains client key data in consultation with the RM to ensure that CRM and other records are accurate in order to maintain good relationships.
  • Interact with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
  • Proactively takes the lead in supporting RMs/TH in client relationships and all related tasks (systems, applications, processes, documents, etc.) with high quality, precision, and timely responsiveness.
  • Ensures operational protection and client interaction (not consultation) within the team during absences
  • Creates and provides clients with customized information, reports, and statistics

Professional and technical skills

  • Solid affinity for the geographic market (e.g., familiar with the legal and regulatory environment and cultural sensitivities)
  • Deep understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in intermediaries and family offices
  • Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
