Account Manager

Tasks

The Account Manager supports the team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) in all tasks related to serving private banking clients. Responsibilities include:

• Order placement, handling customer inquiries, executing trades, and providing information
• Support the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
• Answering incoming calls and promptly addressing inquiries
• Maintaining and updating customer information, details, and preferences, as well as generating system-based reports for the RM
• Providing information and data to customers without offering advice or making value judgments
• Execution of orders, trades, transactions, and payments; and handling of customer inquiries

management

The Account Manager:

• Organizes and follows up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
• Assists the RM with investigations and problem-solving, as well as with collaboration with other teams and units within the bank

Risk management

The Account Manager:

• Consistent and full compliance with all regulations, legal guidelines, internal rules, and policies
• Serves as the first line of defense against risks by raising concerns, tracking issues, and escalating them as needed
