Account Manager

Tasks

- Supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) and the team in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Organization and follow-up of customer meetings, including logistics and document preparation
- Supporting the RM with investigations and troubleshooting, as well as maintaining internal relationships
Requirements
The requirements for the Account Manager are:- Relevant professional experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or 3 years of experience as an ARM, along with a job-related college degree (e.g., bachelor's degree, CFA, or similar)
- Successful completion of the internal ARM training program
- Proven track record in serving bank customers with complex needs (onboarding new customers, maintaining and expanding existing relationships)
