Account Manager

YOUR CHALLENGE: CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Effectively takes the lead in supporting the R&M team in client operations; serves as an independent and autonomous manager responsible for all aspects of managing a client (or group of clients)
• Supervises, inspects, and oversees the day-to-day operations of portfolio and asset management related to the management of large assets for clients
• Handles client issues in close collaboration with others and takes responsibility for resolving them at both the operational and strategic levels
• Is responsible for organizing investment meetings or product meetings to discuss new strategies and for bringing these matters to the Regional Manager's office for decision-making purposes
• Has an analytical mindset, takes the lead in investigating new trends and challenges, and has a good understanding of sales management, clients, and prospects
• Working with the team to address problems in a constructive manner, while keeping in mind what the best outcome will be
• Business acumen and the ability to grow the business at both the individual and regional levels
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese)—both spoken and written—are essential
• Personal and professional qualities, including strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
• Excellent organizational skills; able to work highly efficiently and accurately even under time pressure

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and trading activities, maintaining close personal relationships with peers and clients
• Responsible for analyzing all financial products and services available through the group
• Responsible for preparing and presenting reports to senior management
