Private Banking Account Manager - JBFS Israel

The Private Banking Account Manager at Julius Baer in Tel Aviv is responsible for managing client accounts and supporting relationship managers, including managing client relationships, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance. Tasks

The responsibilities of the Private Banking Account Manager include:
  • Client Administration & Management: Ensuring that accurate, high-quality client relationship documentation is formalized and maintained to a high standard
  • Operational Account Management: Professional handling of tasks and system alerts, as well as resolving issues in collaboration with the Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Attending client meetings and preparing documentation and other materials
  • Maintaining key client data in collaboration with the account manager to ensure strong client relationships
  • Independent and professional interaction with clients in all aspects of account management
  • Supporting the RM/TH in client relations and all related tasks

Business Management

The responsibilities in the area of business management include:
  • Management of internal projects related to the RM's client relationships
  • Resolving administrative issues and ensuring that all relevant systems are up to date
  • Collecting and sharing relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings with colleagues to improve processes and boost productivity and quality

Risk management & controls

The responsibilities in the area of Risk Management & Controls include:
  • Support for risk management (first line of defense) by monitoring client documentation and reporting concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
  • Timely, clear, and precise clarification of outstanding issues and assessment of deficiencies
  • Ensuring ethical and compliant conduct within one's area of responsibility
  • Ensuring that client interactions and client instructions are documented accurately, clearly, and comprehensively in the appropriate tools
