The position of Private Banking Account Manager involves responsibility for account administration, documentation procedures, and tasks related to day-to-day operations and projects concerning account administration. The Private Banking Account Manager works closely with the Relationship Manager and contacts clients as needed.

Tasks

The Private Banking Account Manager is responsible for:
  • The creation and maintenance of client relationship documentation and formalities
  • Operational account management, including handling system alerts and coordinating with the relationship manager
  • Attending client meetings and preparing documentation and other materials
  • Maintaining key client data in collaboration with the Relationship Manager
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager with client relations and all related tasks

Business administration

The Private Banking Account Manager is responsible for:
  • The management of internal projects affecting client relationships
  • The collection and sharing of relevant information, ideas, and research findings to improve processes and increase productivity

Risk Management and Control

The Private Banking Account Manager is responsible for:
  • Support for risk management (first line of defense), including client documentation and the reporting of concerns
  • Compliance with local regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely, clear, and accurate manner and evaluating deficiencies

Professional skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager, or 3 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager and an advanced degree (e.g., bachelor’s degree, CFA/AIEK/CPA)
  • Familiarity with the Israeli market and local regulations
