The position of Private Banking Account Manager involves responsibility for account administration, documentation procedures, and tasks related to day-to-day operations and projects concerning account administration. The Private Banking Account Manager supports the Relationship Manager and is responsible for the professional management of accounts and communication with clients.

Tasks

  • Ensures that accurate and high-quality documentation of customer relationships is created and maintained
  • Handles day-to-day account management professionally and addresses tasks and system alerts directly or through the relationship manager
  • Attends client meetings and handles certain aspects of the meeting, such as documentation and compliance
  • Maintains customer master data in consultation with the Relationship Manager to ensure that CRM and other records are accurate
  • Interact independently and professionally with customers in all aspects of account management
  • Takes the lead in supporting the Relationship Manager and the team in managing client relationships and all related tasks

Business administration

  • Manages internal projects related to the relationship manager's client relationships
  • Collect and share relevant information, ideas, insights, and research findings with colleagues to improve processes and boost productivity and quality

Risk Management and Control

  • Helps manage risk by raising concerns, addressing issues independently, and escalating matters when there is uncertainty
  • Ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Ensures that outstanding tasks are resolved in a timely manner and that efficiency is evaluated
  • Ensure that ethical and compliant behavior is demonstrated within their area of responsibility
